Richard is a Director and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner at Conselia. He has spent more than 20 years advising businesses and individuals in financial difficulty, across a wide range of sectors, and finding solutions that suit each client’s circumstances.

His work covers corporate rescue, liquidations and personal insolvency. He believes in giving clear, honest advice and takes the time to explain each stage of the process.

Jonny is a Director at Conselia with more than 18 years’ experience in corporate and personal insolvency. He has spent his career helping individuals and business owners through financial difficulty.

He knows many sectors well and takes a practical approach to complex cases, with a strong focus on looking after clients properly.

Outside the office, Jonny enjoys time with his young family and looking after his allotment.

Sue joined Conselia in April 2025 as Pre-Appointment Co-ordinator and Administrative Assistant. She has a long background in administration in corporate and not-for-profit organisations, and has worked with several insolvency and business recovery practices in Leeds.

Outside work, Sue enjoys travelling and keeping active.

Kaash is a Senior Case Administrator with four years’ experience in insolvency. He started his career at a national independent firm in Manchester, where he built up his case management experience, mainly on Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations. In November 2024 he passed the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) with merit.

Daisy joined Conselia in April 2026 with two years’ experience in corporate insolvency. She has passed the ITIQ qualification and works on corporate and personal cases, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements, Individual Voluntary Arrangements and bankruptcies.

Outside work, Daisy is usually reading a good book or looking after her cat.

Ben joined Conselia in 2025 after graduating in Accounting and Finance from Newcastle University. Before that he volunteered as a financial assistant with Oxfam UK. He is now building his experience as a Case Administrator.

In his spare time, Ben plays golf and goes to the gym.

Harpreet has worked in the insolvency industry since April 2018, gaining a wide range of experience across different areas of insolvency, including case administration and cashiering.

Her varied experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of the industry, and she enjoys being part of a team and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Outside work, Harpreet enjoys reading, travelling and keeping active.
